    Asmaa Hechenberger

My name is Asmaa Hechenberger, and I’m a passionate Data and AI expert on a mission to unlock the hidden potential of data. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across a range of industries—including healthcare, e-commerce, insurance, finance, and controlling—gaining experience in data engineering, leadership, and strategic innovation.

My focus lies in developing forward-thinking data strategies, business intelligence frameworks, and AI-driven solutions that translate complex data into meaningful insights.

As a career changer, I moved from the world of languages into the world of code—and from the beauty of travel to the future of robotics. This journey sparked my curiosity and shaped my creative approach to crafting unique, sustainable data, BI, and AI solutions tailored to real business challenges. Beyond my professional journey in tech, I’ve actively contributed to non-profit projects in marketing and public relations, supporting initiatives that amplify diverse voices and build inclusive communities. I believe in using communication as a powerful tool to drive visibility, belonging, and systemic change. As a board member for Black Professionals Europe e.V., I’m honored to support our mission of representation, connection, and opportunity—bringing people together and shaping a more inclusive professional future across Europe.
